Continuing their quest to usher in the next evolution of music technology, Gala Music has partnered with rap supergroup, Mount Westmore. Together, they are launching an exciting collaboration that sees their brand-new material debut first via the medium of NFTs.
Gala Music dropped the incredible news at the recent Galaverse event in Malta, revealing a fortuitous alliance with the ‘four pillars of West Coast hip-hop,’ Snoop Dogg, Ice Cube, E-40, and Too $hort. As a result, launching the NFT versions of their exclusive new album ‘Bad MFs’ ahead of a wider release on traditional formats.
All in all, 15 individual items make up the collection, each available through Gala Music’s in-house NFT marketplace. In support of the sweet rap rumblings of hip-hop’s finest, the NFTs include some of the finest artwork in the NFT sphere, featuring animated works from highly acclaimed directorial duo, the Berry Brothers, and their own accomplished VFX team.
Heading later into the year, Gala Music will continue to pioneer the NFT music scene. This time, leveraging the might of the rock scene with an exclusive Kings of Leon partnership.
