Seedify has said that Resourced lands are now open for business. Seedify Meta Studios says that the Metaverse will have several new ideas that will make the virtual world more interesting for gamers and game developers around the world. Seedify is using the idea of user-generated content (UGC) by creating a metaverse with tools that anyone can use to make games, no matter how much experience they have.
User-generated content (UGC) games have been around for a long time, especially since Web3 technologies and stories came out. Because of this, metaverse platforms like Roblox, which has more than 52 million users around the world, have embraced UGC. On the other hand, Roblox is mostly made for younger people.
The UGC-based gaming idea gives builders the tools they need to make their own games. So, Seedify’s idea for Resourced Lands is to have more than one game in a virtual world instead of just one. On Roblox, there are more than 40 million games, and the most popular ones, like “Adopt Me,” will get 23.78 billion visits in 2021.
Even though the UGC games on Roblox open the door to many types of games like FPS, RTS, and MMOs, they don’t have an interoperable feature that lets users bring in-game items from one game to another.
Seedify has seen this as a problem and has set up Resourced Lands as a platform for interoperability in the Metaverse.
What are Lands with Resources?
Resourced Lands are just virtual worlds that are made to improve the Metaverse experience for users. Seedify says that the goal of Resourced Lands is to add incentives to each land to get more games to use, improve the gaming experience, and give builders the value propositions they need to get more gamers to visit their lands.
Items will be able to stay on Seedify’s Resourced Lands, which will promote interoperability, which has become a big topic of conversation in the crypto industry. Even though the Resourced Lands are in a virtual world, Seedify is adding different features to give them their own look and feel.
Each land will have a wide range of useful things.
There will be five levels of rarity for these resources: Common, Uncommon, Rare, Epic, and Legendary.
Each Land Biome will have its own unique resources that can only be found there.
Resources in them will have multipliers of up to 4x, which means that users will find some resources more often than others based on the ratio of multipliers, which is different for each land.
When Land Staking comes out, landowners will have to stake their land. Before Land Staking comes out, you can use a Metaverse Wiki page to find out how many resources you’ll get each day based on the ratios people have shared.
Users will need resources to build, make, improve, and own useful things in the Metaverse, such as mounts, structures, buildings, wearables, weapons, and many other things.
Resources will be able to be traded in cities’ auction houses and with Amé, which is the only virtual resource that can be traded to $SNFTS and $SFUND.
The resources are made to be used in a number of ways in the Lands, such as;
You can move forward in the Metaverse and get better in-game tools.
Make avatars, homes, different kinds of mounts, and improvements to buildings. Bring players to your land and make it a popular game, and then you can use your user base to sell custom NFTs, tickets, and other things.
Gather a lot of resources to make Amé, which other users will pay you $SFUND and $SNFTS to buy. Developers can make recurring income from their Resourced Lands by adding a subscription-based model.
How developers can use resources to get people to use their apps
With these tools, developers can attract and reward users. A game developer gives users tasks to do; in return, they get something. This can be done in several other ways, such as;
Add daily or weekly quests that use your resources, like getting 10 of resource X for every 100 kills. Having big prizes in tournaments attracts a lot of players. For example, the winner of today’s battleground tournament will get 1,000 of resource X.
Giving resources to people who spend time in your lands, for example, one resource for every hour spent.
Finish the game in X hours. For example, every user who finishes the game in a certain amount of time will get 20 resource X.
During these times, you can take part in the daily event, like getting twice as many resources.
In the end, the developer with the most creative ideas and the most users wins. So, it makes room for competition, which will be good for the Lands’ economy. Also, this will make more people want to use Land so they can take part in challenges and earn resources.
Seedify plans to start selling its Resourced virtual worlds when it sells the biome-divided Lands of Dune. Every biome will have its own resources. The Lands of Dune is made up of 5,000 lands with four different levels of scarcity;
Legendary (100): $SNFTS 1 million
Epic (400): 300k $SNFTS
Rare (1000): 150k $SNFTS
Most (3500): $SNFTS 50k
Five hundred forty-five million $SNFTS will be raised as a whole. But after the sale, the tokens will be burned. At the beginning of November, Resourced Lands will be sold on the Seedify NFT launchpad.
