What are the Marvel art NFTs from VeVe?
In its latest partnership with Marvel Entertainment, VeVe has dropped three limited edition NFTs featuring Marvel art. The NFTs feature artworks from three Marvel artists, Sara Pichelli, Brian Stelfreeze, and Skottie Young. All the NFTs are based on the Immutable X scaling solution.
Let’s take a closer look at the three NFTs:
Miles Morales: Spider-Man #25 by Sara Pichelli
Currently based in Rome, Sara Pichelli is famous for co-creating Miles Morales, the new Spider-Man. After working for a few years in the animation industry, she started her career in the comics industry with IDW Publishing books (Star Trek and Ghost Whisperer). She has been working with Marvel since 2008 and is the main artist of the second volume of Ultimate Comics: Spider-Man.
She has also won an Eagle Award as well as a Harvey Award. The NFT up for auction is Pichelli’s artist proof of Miles Morales.

Amazing Spider-Man #1 by Skottie Young
Finally, Skottie Young is auctioning his Original Color Artwork of Amazing Spider-Man from April 2022. Young is a cartoonist who has worked with Marvel for over two decades as a comics writer and artist. While his artworks are featured in the Young Variants, he is the writer on Strange Academy, Giant Sized Little Marvels, Deadpool, and Rocket Racoon.
“The initial drawing of Spider-Man was done digitally,” he said. “I printed that out in light blue onto a 11×17 Bristol board and finished it traditionally with brush and ink. Finally, the original piece of art is scanned back into my computer and digitally colored.”
Black Panther #25 by Brian Stelfreeze
Brian Stelfreeze is the artist behind the Marvel Black Panther series relaunch. He is also famous for his cover works of X-Men, Hulk, Daredevil, and Spider-Man. He has also worked with DC Comics on the Eisner award winning projects Batman: Black & White, and Wednesdays Comics.
Now, he’s auctioning the Original Color Artwork from May 2021 as a Marvel art NFT. In fact, this cover image is from the final issue of Black Panther volume 7.

How can you buy the Marvel art NFTs?
The Marvel art NFTs are available in a silent auction on the VeVe NFT marketplace. To explain, you can place a bid on the NFT during the auction privately. This means that the value of your bid will be hidden from the others and vice versa. Once the auction ends, the highest bidder will win.
The auction is live exclusively on the VeVe app.
